PRIVATE EVENT : Copbrands reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals who do not have prior registration and an invitation from a participating team.

IMPORTANT:

WE ARE A SPORT, LET'S PLAY CLEAN

- Any unsportsmanlike conduct or aggression by or toward any attendee at COPBRANDS events will result in immediate removal from the facilities where the championship is being held. This will automatically result in a direct penalty to the score of the participating team.

- Food, alcoholic beverages, firearms, sharp objects, and chemical substances that could endanger our attendees are not permitted.

- Any attendees who do not properly register with COPBRANDS and/or are caught during the championships or exchanging bracelets will have their team automatically disqualified.

- Forgery of any accreditation means, such as tickets, badges, wristbands, or credentials, will result in the disqualification of the offending team and the imposition of a fine proportional to the extent of the damage or the company's revenue, which will be made available to the relevant authorities.

- Entering controlled access areas without proper accreditation, such as the booth, judging area, Amazing Coach, security checkpoints, or restricted backstage areas, will result in warnings and point deductions for the offending members and teams.

GENERAL

Cameras on mobile devices are permitted (except for professional cameras such as SLR cameras with wide-angle lenses; the use of video cameras and any type of tripod is prohibited).

All attendees who will be taking photos are kindly requested to refrain from using restricted areas during the event, such as hallways and emergency exits, or areas reserved for VIP staff traffic.
